How will I know if THEIQON.COM has received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email from THEIQON.COM within 30 minutes after you have placed your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after 30 minutes (please ensure the email was not sent to your junk folder), it means we have not received your order and no payment has been received by THEIQON.COM.

Do I need to have an account to shop at THEIQON.COM?

Having an account with THEIQON.COM will speed up the checkout process and allow you to keep track of your orders. You will have the option to create one before you head to checkout.

You also have the option to shop through guest checkout. However, your information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout. If you change your mind, you can still create an account after placing your order using your current details.


What are the benefits of creating an account?

By creating an account, you will be able to:

  • Checkout faster by saving your address 
  • View your order status and history 
  • Save your favourite items in your Wishlist
  • Receive the latest news on promotions and new arrivals.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it. However, you may go through the Returns and Exchanges process, after you have received your order, if you would like to return your order for a refund.


Can I amend my confirmed order?

If you realized that your shipping address/method or any detail is inaccurate, kindly email ask@theiqon.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we will try to amend it accordingly.

Note that our warehouse moves really fast to ship your orders as soon as they are confirmed. For ready stock items, we only have a window of 2 hours in order to amend your order.


My order was cancelled due to online security checks or stock availability, how will I be refunded?

If your order was cancelled and your payment was captured, you will be refunded via your original payment mode. Please allow up to 7 working days for payment to be refunded. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a notification email. After we have refunded you, it might take several days to see it reflected in your account. This depends on your payment services provider. If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, contact your payment processor directly for assistance.


When I place an item in my shopping bag, will it automatically be reserved for me?

Placing an item in your shopping bag does not guarantee that the item has been reserved. Complete the checkout process to ensure you get your item(s).


I received an error when placing my order, what should I do?

Please provide a screenshot of the page where you experienced the error, or copy the error message and send it to ask@theiqon.com for further assistance.


Does THE IQON has a physical store?

No, we don’t. We operate fully online at www.theiqon.com. Not having a physical store also means that we are able to reduce overhead cost and offer our product at a more affordable price to our customer.
