PAYMENT

We accept these payment methods:

• Online banking of all major banks in Malaysia
• MasterCard
• Visa

All transactions will be processed through iPay88 secured online payment gateway and charged in Malaysia Ringgit.

We do not provide Cash-On-Delivery at the moment.

 

DELIVERY

Our working days are Monday to Friday, except for Malaysia’s public holiday. Orders are usually delivered within 5 working days for West Malaysia and Singapore, and 7 working days for East Malaysia. Items ordered with personalization will require an additional of up to 5 working days before delivery.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order has been sent out.

The delivery timeline stated, is an approximation. Occasionally, there may be delivery disruption at the courier company which could affect the timeline. 

• Free delivery within Malaysia for orders above RM150. 
• RM7 delivery fee applies for orders below RM150 within Malaysia.
• RM30 delivery fee applies for orders to Singapore.
