We allow refunds and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving the order for unworn or items in original condition, and packaging.

Please note of the following:

• No sale item may be returned or exchanged at any time. 
• Items that do not meet the requirements for return and exchanges will not be processed and may be sent back to you.

For returns, refund will be done in the form of store credit voucher or cash deposit to your preferred banking account in Malaysia, within 7 working days of receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns.
